About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Outbound Calls: Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
2. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and follow up on meetings with HR, Admin, and decision-makers.
3. Sales Funnel Tracking: Assist in tracking sales pipeline progress, updating CRM/trackers, and ensuring smooth flow of information.
4. Lead Management: Collect, record, and update lead information accurately.
5. Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to support closures.
6. Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls, meetings, and pipeline status.
7. Cross-team Coordination: Work with sales, operations, and support teams for seamless client engagement.
