About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and networking.
Generate new business opportunities for Blue Waves Media’s services (Website, CRM, WhatsApp Marketing, Digital Branding, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Business Strategy & Growth Planning
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify growth areas.
Collaborate with management to plan promotional campaigns and partnerships.
3. Client Relationship Management
Manage client onboarding, communication, and follow-ups.
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service.
Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams (design, development, CRM).
4. Proposal & Presentation Management
Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and quotations for clients.
Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos of Blue Waves Media services.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track sales progress using CRM or internal tools.
Prepare weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and revenue growth.
Analyze business performance and suggest improvements.
6. Team Coordination & Support
Work closely with marketing, social media, and technical teams for client deliverables.
Guide interns or junior executives on outreach and business development activities.
