Position Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development & Growth Executive who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and understands the nuances of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance metrics.
You’ll play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth, while collaborating closely with strategy, creative, and ads teams to align client goals with the agency’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Pipeline Growth
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email marketing, and networking events.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on B2B and D2C brands.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, marketing goals, and budgets.
Pitch customized digital marketing solutions (Performance Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Creative Design, SEO, etc.) aligned with client objectives.
Partnership & Revenue Strategy
Develop growth strategies to increase monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies, sales decks, and proposal documents.
Work with the leadership team to identify new business verticals, service packages, and partnership opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and ensure high conversion rates from proposals to signed retainers.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Track leads, proposals, and closures using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, or Google Sheets).
Maintain data accuracy in reports on outreach performance, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts.
Provide actionable insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to guide agency growth initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless handover to the account management team.
Maintain long-term client relationships through regular performance reviews and business expansion discussions.
Upsell and cross-sell agency services to increase client lifetime value (LTV).
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing or performance agency.
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate marketing strategies in simple business language.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Canva.
Analytical mindset with a deep interest in numbers, KPIs, and growth metrics.
