About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead generation & prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking. Assist in cold calling, sending introductory emails, and generating qualified leads. Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel sheets.
2. Sales support & coordination: Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the business development team. Support senior team members during client meetings, demos, or calls. Coordinate between internal teams for proposal creation, documentation, and service delivery.
3. Client communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and online meetings. Share company information, service details, proposals, and relevant documents. Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times.
4. Market research: Conduct basic research on industries, target segments, and competitors. Prepare summaries and reports to support strategic planning.
5. Documentation & reporting: Prepare daily task updates, follow-up reports, and lead progress reports. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and Excel sheets.
6. Learning & development: Undergo on-the-job training for sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM usage, and communication skills. Implement feedback and continuously improve performance.
