About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Learn and support the sales process for IT infrastructure and managed services.
2. Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.
3. Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
4. Participate in field visits to client locations for meetings, discussions, and relationship management.
5. Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution discussions and client requirements.
6. Maintain and update sales reports and client databases.
7. Build relationships with clients and ensure good customer experience.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and basic IT infrastructure concepts.
