About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Business Development:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for supply chain finance.
2. Drive relationship management, revenue growth, and process alignment.
3. Identify and target potential clients and partners within the supply chain and trade finance ecosystem.
B. Market Analysis & Strategy:
1. Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory developments.
2. Work closely with the executive team to refine and implement the corporate strategy for supply chain finance.
C. Team Leadership & Management:
1. Collaborate with and guide a high-performing team of relationship managers, sales professionals, and analysts.
2. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture that supports business objectives.
D. Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
2. Engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
3. Leverage relationships to maximize performance and client satisfaction.
E. Financial Performance:
1. Achieve growth and revenue targets for the supply chain finance division.
2. Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to optimize financial outcomes.
F. Reporting & Documentation:
1. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on performance, growth, and opportunities.
2. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, business development activities, and financial performance.
