Key responsibilities:1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to explain courses and programs
2. Understanding student needs and suggesting the right courses
3. Following up with leads generated through marketing
4. Scheduling demos, counseling sessions, or appointments
5. Maintaining lead records in CRM and updating daily activities
6. Achieving monthly sales targets and conversions
7. Building rapport with students/parents and resolving basic queries
