About the Job
As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by reaching out to potential students, colleges, and partners. You’ll learn how to pitch services, manage leads, and close deals — gaining real-time exposure to how businesses scale in the EdTech sector.Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with potential leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.
2. Explain our training programs, internships, and placement assistance to students and college representatives.
3. Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions, webinars, or campus events.
4. Maintain proper follow-up with leads and update CRM/Excel reports regularly.
5. Assist the business development team in achieving weekly and monthly targets.
6. Support marketing campaigns, outreach drives, and college collaborations.
Required skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Enthusiastic to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a plus.
