About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to support our business development team. The role primarily focuses on lead generation and client outreach, where you will learn how to identify potential clients, craft professional communication, and assist in building client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential clients across target markets.
2. Draft and send outreach emails to prospective clients.
3. Follow up with clients to understand their needs and share service details.
4. Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and lead status.
5. Collaborate with senior team members to convert leads into opportunities.
6. Support the business development team in day-to-day client engagement tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong ability to draft professional emails.
3. Good research and analytical skills to identify potential leads.
4. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Eager to learn business development and client relationship management.
7. Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
