About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Business development:
1. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and schools across India to enhance the reach and impact of KC's programs.
2. Collaborate with academic institutions to design and deliver engaging learning experiences through events, boot camps, competitions, and hands-on projects.
3. Serve as the primary liaison for institutional partnerships, ensuring sustained collaboration and long-term engagement.
B. Campus ambassador hiring:
1. Lead the complete hiring lifecycle for campus ambassadors (CAs) from diverse educational institutions across the country. This includes sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing a smooth onboarding process.
2. Identify and engage students who demonstrate strong leadership potential and are passionate about representing KC on their campuses.
C. Leadership & training:
1. Supervise and mentor a dynamic team of campus ambassadors by delivering structured training programs, defining clear performance metrics, and offering continuous support.
2. Promote leadership development, foster a collaborative team culture, and drive high levels of motivation and performance among the CA community.
D. Marketing:
1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies in coordination with campus ambassadors to enhance KC's brand visibility and student engagement.
2. Utilize both digital channels and offline initiatives to effectively promote programs and build a strong campus presence nationwide.
E. Sales enablement:
1. Collaborate closely with the sales team and campus ambassadors to drive student registrations and conversions.
2. Leverage campus networks, peer influence, and student insights to generate qualified leads, increase program awareness, and consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets through focused outreach efforts.
