About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR)/ Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR / BDR will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by managing inbound calls, nurturing leads, and setting up demo meetings for the sales team. This role involves maintaining an organized database, supporting digital marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate SQL/MQL from outreach activities.
2. Speaking to prospects and helping them explore how our solutions transform sales and distribution.
3. Schedule, organize product demos, ensuring prospects have all the right information for meaningful engagement.
4. Engage prospects via calls, emails, and social media — building relationships that move leads through the sales pipeline.
5. Prioritize high-value prospects, nurture cold leads, and convert them into warm opportunities to close leads.
6. Keep our CRM sharp, clean, and intelligent, because data builds trust.
If you have experience in Telecalling, inside sales, or lead nurturing and enjoy turning conversations into opportunities, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll work from our vibrant Kolkata office at Ecospace Business Park, Newtown (Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) a space buzzing with ideas, collaboration, and purpose.
