About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage and Guide Learners: Engage with students and professionals to guide them on suitable learning programs offered by Orvionar EdTech.
2. Manage Enrollment: Manage the end-to-end student enrollment process, from initial inquiry to successful admission and onboarding.
3. Lead Conversion: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate and convert leads through calls, messages, and campaigns.
4. Achieve Targets: Meet daily/weekly targets related to enrollments, outreach numbers, or revenue goals.
5. Provide Student Counseling: Guide students in selecting suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.
6. Promote Programs: Explain and pitch Orvionar's courses, training programs, and mentorship offerings to potential learners, communicating the value proposition effectively.
7. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with learners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
8. Coordination: Work closely with marketing, mentorship, and content teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
