About the Job
We are a Hyderabad-based health startup creating personalized diet programs using microgreens and natural foods. We partner with certified dietitians to deliver high-impact wellness campaigns for corporates and hospitals.Key responsibilities
1. Identify, approach, and onboard dietitians/nutritionists; explain collaboration model and finalize contracts.
2. Visit corporates/hospitals; meet HR/Admin to set up on-site wellness drives and sampling sessions.
3. Recruit/manage support staff for campaigns; coordinate between dietitians, clients, and internal teams.
4. Track outreach, leads, conversions; prepare weekly reports; assist founders with growth strategy.
Who you are:
MBA (Marketing/Operations/Healthcare). 0–3 yrs experience; freshers welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passionate about health, nutrition, and wellness; comfortable with field visits across Hyderabad.
