About the Job
Objectives of the Role1. Drive Enterprise Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close large enterprise clients (retailers, corporates, banks) for loyalty, gift card, and closed-loop voucher platforms
2. Build Strategic Alliances: Develop partnerships with payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and loyalty software providers to open new distribution channels
3. Increase Solution Adoption: Engage with clients to understand B2B gifting, rewards, and engagement needs, positioning closed-loop solutions for maximum impact
4. Achieve Revenue & GTV Targets: Deliver aggressive sales and Gross Transaction Volume goals tied to issuance and redemption of prepaid products
5. Influence Product Roadmap: Act as a market expert, sharing insights with Product and Tech teams to help shape future Fintech offerings
Key responsibilities
A. Lead Generation & Enterprise Sales
1. Conduct market mapping and research to identify high-potential sectors (Corporate Gifting, Customer Rewards, Employee Benefits)
2. Own the entire B2B sales cycle—from outbound lead generation, cold calling, and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and contract closure with senior stakeholders/CXOs
3. Create data-backed proposals and presentations highlighting the ROI of Fintech solutions, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and cash-flow efficiency
B. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
1. Proactively identify, pitch, and close strategic alliances and channel partnerships for the distribution of digital vouchers and card products
2. Manage and grow relationships with large partners, uncovering opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and collaborative marketing
3. Ensure partnership and sales contracts adhere to internal compliance, risk requirements, and Fintech regulatory standards
C. Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Work with Product and Tech teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration; share feature requests and market insights
2. Liaise with Legal and Finance teams to structure complex commercial agreements and monitor key financial metrics (e.g., breakage, float management)
3. Mentor junior sales team members, helping strengthen sales capability and commercial excellence across the team
