About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and acquire new clients through platforms like Apollo, Lusha, and database websites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Develop tailored proposals and business pitches (Application, Onsite, AMCs, CRS, etc.).
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels.
Maintain Sales Tracker & Lead Generation Sheets.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
Ensure regular communication and engagement with existing clients.
Share best possible offers in consultation with the Operations team.
Resolve client queries and escalate issues to internal teams when required.
4. Internal Coordination
Work with Operations for SoW, infra requirements, pricing, negotiations, and escalation resolution.
Coordinate with Compliance for agreements, escrow documentation, and board-approved processes.
Liaise with Accounts for reconciliation, billing, invoicing, and payment status.
5. Tender Management
Monitor the GeM Portal daily for relevant tenders.
Maintain a tracker of participated tenders and outcomes.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and pipeline.
Present updates to senior management during review meetings.
Maintain accurate records of proposals, invoices, and client interactions.
