About the Job
We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who thrives on turning warm leads into closed deals. You'll own the last mile of the sales funnel from qualified leads (SQLs) to revenue. This isn't a top-of-funnel role. It’s a hunter-closer role with clear targets and ownership.Key responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and drive them to closure.
2. Run crisp, high-signal discovery calls and demos with potential customers.
3. Build trust and handle objections with confidence and data.
4. Collaborate with marketing and the founder team to refine pitch narratives.
5. Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
6. Identify upsell or referral opportunities within closed accounts.
7. Share on-ground learnings to shape messaging, pricing, and product priorities.
