About the Job
To generate direct business leads and client partnerships with:1) U.S.-based Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) companies
2) U.S.-based staffing firms looking to outsource medical coding, AR, or other healthcare back-office processes
Key Responsibilities
1) Research and identify U.S. RCM companies and staffing firms actively outsourcing/offshoring
2) Initiate contact via LinkedIn, email, or cold calls
3) Schedule intro calls or demos to showcase TruPath’s capabilities
4) Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (Directors, COOs, Delivery Heads)
5) Share proposals, rate cards, and pilot project offers
6) Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff once a deal is closed
7) Maintain and update the client pipeline in CRM or tracker
