About the Job
Watts Immigration is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our B2B growth across the Indian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a strong network of education agents to promote Spain primarily, along with other study destinations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, onboard, and build strong, long-term relationships with B2B partners, including education agents, consultants, and other stakeholders in India.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the agent network and meet student recruitment targets for Spain and other countries.
3. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to agents, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to promote Watts Immigration services and Spain as a preferred study destination.
4. Organize and conduct regular training sessions, seminars, and webinars to keep agents updated on our offerings, Spain's education system, and visa policies.
5. Negotiate and finalize agreements and commission structures with agents to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
6. Monitor and analyze agent performance, regularly reporting to management and implementing improvement strategies.
7. Represent Watts Immigration at industry events, education fairs, and networking functions to enhance brand presence and build new business relationships.
8. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in overseas education, with a focus on the Spain market.
