About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Generate and qualify leads for Tarneo’s SaaS, Zoho-based solutions and consulting services through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns and networking.
2. Run basic discovery calls with MSME clients (EV/solar, manufacturing, trading, services, etc.) to understand their processes and pain points.
3. Create, update and track all opportunities in Zoho CRM/internal tracker and maintain a clean sales pipeline.
4. Schedule product demos with the founder/solution team, share proposals, follow up on decisions and close deals.
5. Coordinate with the delivery/operations team for smooth onboarding, handover and initial customer success.
6. Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings, proposals sent and revenue closed, and share weekly reports with management.
