About the Job
Role: Business Development Executive – Lead Generation (India Staffing)Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 days/week)
CTC: ₹3LPA–₹3.5LPA (Up to ₹4LPA for exceptional candidates)
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate and qualify leads for staffing partnerships.
2. Engage with potential clients via calls, emails & LinkedIn.
3. Research target companies and build outreach databases.
4. Coordinate with senior BDMs to schedule meetings.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong learning attitude and confidence in client interactions.
Open to work from office (no cab facility).
Internship experience in staffing/sales is a plus.
