About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage day-to-day client communication through email, phone calls, and other channels.
2. Maintain and update monthly reports covering all actions, communications, and progress.
3. Utilize advanced skills in MS Office, Outlook, and spreadsheets for daily operations.
4. Conduct market research to obtain quotations and compare offers from various suppliers.
5. Prepare quotations, offers, purchase orders, and invoices in line with company standards.
6. Provide administrative support to colleagues as needed, including handling relevant paperwork.
7. Coordinate agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior management, including booking flights and hotels.
8. Participate in sales and marketing activities as instructed by team members.
9. Coordinate between customers and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
10. Maintain bookkeeping records and prepare account reports for the concerned manager.
11. Embrace and promote company culture to support career growth and organizational development.
12. Report directly to the administration and business head.
13. Handle tenders and manage various online documentation and submission tasks.
