About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Market research and analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze import/export regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions
2. Client acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to establish and expand business relationships. Collaborate with sales teams to pitch import/export services to new clients
3. Order management and export coordination: Oversee and coordinate all export activities, managing orders efficiently
4. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and partners. Address client concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
5. Sales strategy development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals. Identify new market opportunities and propose innovative approaches to drive growth
