About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct timely client follow-ups to ensure smooth service delivery and satisfaction.
2. Maintain and update lead tracking systems (CRM/Spreadsheets) for new and ongoing prospects.
3. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly business reports for management.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow completion and task accountability.
5. Assist in developing and refining sales and communication processes.
6. Contribute to client relationship management and growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail and time management.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border (India–Australia) environment.
4. Experience in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, or client service coordination will be advantageous.
5. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Commerce, or related field).
