Key responsibilities:1. Lead the marketing activities (e.g., lead generation, social media updates, and website updates)
2. Prepare and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for various business activities
3. Perform banking tasks such as cheque deposits, withdrawals, documentation, and visits as required
4. Support in drafting letters, emails, and reports
5. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients when needed
6. Handle inventory and procurement of office supplies
7. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
