1. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue
2. Provide counseling and support to clients to help them make informed decisions
3. Utilize computer skills to analyze data and trends to identify new opportunities
4. Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing sales support and assistance
5. Conduct inside sales activities to upsell products and services to existing clients
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials to generate leads
8. Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to assess student goals and recommend suitable IT training programs
9. Explain course details, pricing, and career outcomes across domains like full stack development, Cloud Computing, cybersecurity, and DevOps
10. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins and follow up on leads to drive enrolments
11. Assist with admission formalities and ensure smooth onboarding for students
12. Meet enrolment targets through effective counselling and personalized support
13. Advise students on IT job roles and industry-relevant certifications like AWS, Azure, and CCNA
14. Share insights on market trends and career opportunities in the tech sector
15. Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to align student needs with course offerings
16. Maintain a strong rapport with students and act on feedback to improve counselling quality
17. Stay informed about emerging technologies and attend internal training sessions to enhance knowledge
18. Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance on IT tools, platforms, and certifications
