About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Generate leads and identify prospects through calls, social media research, and other channels.
2. Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
3. Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, follow-ups, and nurturing potential clients.
4. Schedule and coordinate product/service demos with qualified prospects.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
6. Create, maintain, and update a structured client database.
7. Onboard and support creators/event hosts on the platform.
8. Manage ongoing client relationships with a focus on engagement and satisfaction.
9. Resolve client issues promptly to improve retention.
10. Drive platform usage, adoption, and overall success.
