About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients (students and parents) through various online and offline channels, including referrals, events, and marketing campaigns.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and progress using CRM tools.
4. Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
5. Conduct needs assessments to understand students’ academic goals and challenges.
6. Recommend appropriate tutoring programs that align with client needs and objectives.
7. Present the benefits, features, and value proposition of the tutoring services.
8. Address client questions, concerns, and objections effectively to support decision-making.
9. Guide clients through the entire enrollment process, including contract finalization and payment processing.
10. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new clients.
11. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to monitor satisfaction and progress.
12. Proactively seek feedback and address issues promptly to enhance client experience.
