Key responsibilities:
1. Find and connect with leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Ads, and other digital channels.
2. Initiate conversations with potential clients, understand their business needs, and confidently pitch our marketing services.
3. Convert leads into clients by building trust and offering tailored marketing solutions.
4. Collaborate closely with the internal sales and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a great client experience.
5. Track performance and opportunities using Excel/CRM tools to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
6. Stay updated on marketing trends, eCommerce brands, and competitive insights to identify new business opportunities.
7. Represent the agency with clear, confident, and professional communication — both written and spoken.
