About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and engage with potential students through various communication channels (calls, social media, email, etc.).
2. Present and promote TechLeap Academy’s upskilling programs and mentorship offerings to prospective learners.
3. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students, guiding them toward the right program choices.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales conversion initiatives.
5. Assist in planning and executing webinars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
6. Gather and share feedback from students and prospects to continuously improve our programs and learning experience.
7. Meet and exceed defined sales and performance targets (KPIs).
