Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with potential learners to understand their goals and guide them toward suitable Scaler programs.
2. Conduct counseling and career guidance sessions with students and professionals.
3. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
6. Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve student engagement.
