We are looking for a high-energy Sales / Business Development professional to drive exponential growth. A go-getter who excels at identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing strategic deals in the IT services space.Key responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities through market research & industry analysis
2. Drive B2B sales & business development for software/IT services
3. Generate & nurture leads from multiple channels to build a strong pipeline
4. Present company offerings, prepare proposals & sales presentations
5. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with business goals
7. Devise innovative growth strategies
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales/BD for IT services or tech outsourcing
2. Proven track record of closing deals & achieving targets
3. Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
4. Experience managing key client relationships
5. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho or similar)
6. Any UG/PG degree with relevant experience
