About the Job
Key Responsibilities1. Handle all client inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and phone calls.
2. Schedule and coordinate client meetings at our Borivali West studio.
3. Understand each couple’s story, preferences, and expectations to personalize their experience.
4. Share quotations, explain deliverables clearly, and present the value of our services confidently.
5. Follow up with potential clients and help them finalize their bookings.
6. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients.
7. Keep detailed records of all leads, meetings, and updates in the CRM system.
8. Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
