About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. The Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, following up with potential clients, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining proper lead records in the system. The role requires good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and basic knowledge of using CRM or Excel for data entry and tracking.
2. Generate new leads through various sources such as online research, social media, and field activities.
3. Call on leads, share company information, and follow up until closure.
4. Coordinate with the Reporting Manager to take leads to the next stage and help in final closure.
5. Work with internal Business and Wellness Teams to set up canopies or promotional activities at client locations.
6. Collect and record leads generated from field activities and events.
7. Maintain and update MIS reports and ensure all leads are properly entered in the CRM system.
8. Explore social media and local market areas to identify potential business opportunities.
9. Provide regular updates and reports on lead progress to the Reporting Manager.
