About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Document management Oversee the entire lifecycle of project documents, from creation and revision to archiving and disposal.
2. Filing and organization: Maintain a system for organizing and storing both electronic and hard copy documents, including technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
3. Document distribution: Ensure the correct, up-to-date versions of documents are distributed to the right people at the right time.
4. Quality control: Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper signatures before they are filed or distributed.
5. Version control: Manage document versions to prevent conflicts and ensure everyone is working with the most current information.
6. Compliance: Ensure all documents comply with company procedures, client requirements, and legal and regulatory standards.
