About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential and prospective clients to introduce company services.
2. Understand client needs, business challenges, and basic requirements during initial conversations.
3. Qualify leads and fix meetings (virtual or in-person) with the sales or management team.
4. Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline using CRM or internal tracking tools.
5. Follow up with leads to ensure timely progression through the sales funnel.
6. Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
7. Maintain professional and positive client communication at all times.
8. Prepare basic call reports, lead status updates, and meeting schedules.
