About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, approach, and onboard potential business partners and clients.
2. Conduct regular field visits to promote Zyvka’s HR Tech solutions and establish business relationships.
3. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent business growth.
4. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
5. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to support business planning.
6. Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
