About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, research and target new business opportunities (markets, clients, sectors).
2. Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, online research and events.
3. Engage prospective clients: discover their needs, pain points, and propose solutions accordingly.
4. Prepare and present business proposals, quotes and negotiate terms to close deals.
5. Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, track progress, update CRM/records.
6. Collaborate closely with marketing for campaigns, product/sales teams for customised offerings.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
8. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales/revenue targets and meet KPIs.
9. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
