About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and gaining a clear understanding of their goals and needs.
2. Identify, assess, and recommend qualified freelancers tailored to specific project requirements.
3. Manage and facilitate all stages of client-freelancer engagement, including introductions, meetings, and onboarding.
4. Monitor project progress, ensuring consistent communication, alignment with timelines, and timely delivery of deliverables.
5. Proactively identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
6. Maintain a dynamic pool of vetted freelancers to efficiently respond to evolving client demands.
7. Collect and analyze client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and deliver regular updates on account performance and growth potential.
