About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
2. Client Interaction: Present company products or services to prospective customers and explain their benefits.
3. Product Demonstration: Conduct demos or presentations to help clients understand product features and value.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
5. Follow-Ups & Negotiation: Follow up with interested clients, handle objections, and negotiate to close deals.
6. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
8. Market Research: Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
9. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
10. After-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with the support or technical team when required.
