About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, build, and manage a strong client base of corporate accounts.
2. Drive sales and business development for Corporate UPS, inverters, offline/online UPS, stabilizers, batteries, and solar/renewable power solutions.
3. Generate enquiries, gather references, and explore new business opportunities in the assigned region.
4. Meet corporate clients to identify technical issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
5. Recommend products or services that best match client requirements in terms of specifications, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
6. Collect market intelligence, customer requirements, and industry trends to provide valuable inputs to management.
7. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities, including preparing detailed sales plans.
8. Respond to customer RFPs by meeting all functional and technical requirements.
9. Drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives to achieve consistent revenue growth.
10. Prepare the company’s annual strategic sales plan and lead its execution across all quarters.
11. Participate actively in sales meetings to share updates on customer interactions and product insights.
12. Perform additional tasks as required to achieve sales targets and prepare professional sales proposals.
