We are actively seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru, and will play a key role in generating new business for our IT services.

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Guru.
2. Write compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
3. Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, and video calls.
4. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into active clients.
5. Understand project requirements, identify scope, and negotiate pricing and timelines.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and project delivery.
8. Meet weekly/monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
9. Maintain records of sales activities and bidding status.
