About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify potential clients through research, online platforms, and networking.
2. Generate new leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry directories.
3. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
B. Client Outreach & Communication
1. Contact potential clients to introduce the company’s services and understand their requirements through email or calls.
2. Schedule meetings, presentations, or site visits with decision-makers.
3. Follow up consistently to convert leads into opportunities.
C. Sales Support & Coordination
1. Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting documents for client presentations.
2. Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
3. Assist the Business Development Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
D. Market Research & Reporting
1. Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
2. Track and report weekly performance metrics (calls made, leads generated, conversions, etc.).
3. Provide feedback from clients to improve services or sales strategies.
E. Relationship Building
1. Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Support in nurturing long-term partnerships through regular communication and follow-ups.
3. Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
