About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and confident Business Development Associate who has strong English communication skills and a deep understanding of digital media, online presence, and digital sales. If you’ve interned somewhere before or have basic industry exposure, that’s great — but we are also open to freshers who are smart, proactive, and eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and presenting relevant solutions.
Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Create and manage outreach campaigns using tools like HubSpot and email marketing platforms.
Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to prepare customized pitches and proposals.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
