Job Description – Business Development Analyst FindMyGuru is a rapidly growing EdTech platform that connects professional trainers, tutors, and coaches with students seeking to learn both academic and professional skills online and offline. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Analysts to support our tutor onboarding and partnership initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1 Reach out to trainers, tutors, and industry professionals to introduce the FindMyGuru platform. 2 Explain the platform benefits, registration process, and available plans. 3 Guide trainers through the onboarding process and help them create their profiles. 4 Maintain follow-ups with interested trainers to ensure smooth registration. 5 Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations team to achieve monthly onboarding goals. 6 Represent FindMyGuru professionally during college tie-ups and outreach events. Qualifications & Skills Required: 1 Any graduate or undergraduate student with strong communication skills. 2 Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage). 3 Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities. 4 Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle outreach targets. 5 Basic knowledge of sales, client acquisition, or business development will be preferred.
