Job description:
Arya Medical Billing Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in customer engagement, particularly in international and sales-driven environments. Candidates with experience in US Healthcare RCM or Software Product & Service Sales will be given added preference.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective US clients and present company services effectively.
2. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
3. Maintain consistent follow-ups and handle client queries professionally.
4. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and client communication logs.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service transition.
