About the Job
As a Business Development Executive at SELIN CLUB INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of business development strategies. Your responsibilities will include:1. Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
3. Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
4. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional activities
6. Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends
7. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Sales targets & incentives:
1. After the first 3 closures, a 5% incentive per sale is activated
2. No cap on incentive earnings
3. Performance review every 30 days to assess target alignment
