About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert them into confirmed service bookings.
2. Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
3. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead details.
4. Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are recorded properly.
5. Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction post-service.
6. Generate and maintain service reports and assist in analyzing lead conversion data.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service workflows and customer experience.
Requirements:
Graduate with at least one year of experience in CRM management, customer support, or inbound sales.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
Proactive, organized, and target-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Startup mindset flexible, hands-on, and takes ownership of responsibilities
