About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Drive Luxora’s B2B sales strategy across Delhi NCR with direct involvement in lead conversion, pipeline nurturing, and market expansion.
2. Work hand-in-hand with the founding team to develop and execute sales plans targeting high-end villas, apartments, and builder floors.
3. Own the sales cycle end-to-end: Prospect → Demo → Scope Mapping → Solution Customization → Closure → Handover.
4. Run outbound sales campaigns targeting architects, luxury real estate developers, premium hospitality partners, and channel distributors.
5. Engage in on-ground lead meetings, participate in site visits, and deliver client walkthroughs of Luxora’s smart automation possibilities.
6. Collaborate with tech & installation teams to ensure a flawless client experience from proposal to post-sales handover.
7. Gather feedback from clients and partners to continuously refine sales scripts, product pitches, and pricing strategy.
8. Keep CRM updated with lead activity, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
