As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and providing exceptional customer support. Your role will be instrumental in helping us achieve our business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a critical, target-driven role where you will be responsible for expanding our client base. You will primarily be engaging with outbound leads, educating them on our specialised services, and converting them into paying clients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactive outreach: Conduct intensive outbound calling and follow-up with potential clients identified through our lead channels.
2. Client education & trust building: Clearly explain the value proposition of Minpay’s debt resolution and loan settlement services. Address client concerns and build immediate trust and rapport.
3. Pipeline management: Maintain consistent follow-up communication to nurture leads through the sales cycle until final closure (conversion).
4. Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed defined monthly conversion and revenue targets.
5. Coordination: Work closely with the Legal and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients.
