Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for business? We are looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching our products/services, and building strong client relationships. This role demands a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and onboard new manufacturers and MSME across multiple product categories (metals, polymers, industrial inputs)
2. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
3. Drive revenue growth by converting leads, nurturing client relationships, and upselling cross-segment solutions.
4. Conduct product/service presentations and close deals with prospective clients.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of the industrial supply chain, market trends, and competitor landscape.
8. Represent MFolks at industry events, expos, and networking meets to build a pipeline.
9. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
10. Ensure CRM and Sales reporting is up to date and actionable.
